I have the regular legcay 17" wheels, but I think the original spec B wheels were sold and the car was running some axis wheels which were also later sold. I want those darn 18" wheels.

Spoke with the original owner and the car came with a TD04 Twin Scroll originally, so that settles everything. From what I am reading it is very hard to come by so I am sticking with the VF38 twin scroll setup, should be good enough, if not better than what is currently there. I can get my hands on the original setup but the turbo needs to be repaired or replaced.

Doesn't the Spec B have a shorter final drive? Or is that for USDM Spec B's only?

Spec B auto and GT have the same trans and FD, so I assume the manual GT and manual spec B share the same.

Yeah but the prices aren't that hot...and selection is limited. I ended up bringing in my last set of Rota Torques myself.
